Getting Back to the Gym
I have kind of been a slacker in the gym ever since Thanksgiving. I guess that is how I am going to gain my holiday 5… not from eating. haha Yeah right, I’m not letting that happen. I kicked it up a notch and went for a cardio session and two hours of Pilates. My hamstring is finally healing and is tight as fuck now. I guess that is cause the muscle is growing back together. I have to wait till January to stretch it back out, that might take a while to get limber again. Oh well, at least it is healing now.
 Ganna run and touch up some movies I noticed weren’t playing correctly in streaming format. I am re uploading them now… fun fun. lol
